2009-10 - Indoor: Chaney qualified for the Big Sky Track and Field Championships in the shot put and the weight throw. She placed second in the shot put with a throw of 45-2 1/4 and placed eighth in the weight throw with a lifetime-best mark of 57-5 3/4. Outdoor: Chaney qualified for the outdoor conference championships in the shot put and the discus throw, making all-conference in both. She placed third in the shot put with a throw of 48-7 1/2, and placed second in the discus with a mark of 146-7. Chaney advanced to the NCAA Division I West Region Championships in the shot put where she threw a distance of 44-0 1/2. Earlier in the season, Chaney had lifetime-best marks in the shot put (49-4 1/4), the discus (155-6), the hammer (156-8) and the javelin (110-9).

2008-09: Outdoors, Chaney did not compete due to a broken leg. Indoors, Cheney Redshirted the 2009 season.  

2007-08: Chaney redshirted the 2008 outdoor season. Indoors at the Big Sky Conference Championship, Chaney finished second in the shot put with a career-best throw of 48-10 1/2 to rank second on Eastern’s all-time best list behind Nancy Kuiper (50-11 in 1991). Chaney finished ninth in the weight throw with a toss of 51-9 3/4 at the conference championships. Her career-best weight throw of 51-11 came at the WSU Open II Indoor Meet.

2006-07: Outdoors, Chaney placed fifth in the shot put (43-4 1/4), fourth in the discus (141-7) and 10th in the javelin (127-7) at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships. At the Vandal Outdoor Jamboree, Chaney had her career-best throws in four events – shot put (44-9 1/2 to rank sixth on EWU’s all-time best list), discus (146-10), hammer (141-1) and javelin (136-5). Indoors, Chaney had season-bests in the shot put (39-10) at the Husky Classic, in the discus (136-5) at the Vandal Indoor Invitational and in the weight throw (44-11) at the McDonald’s Open.
