2011 Cross Country: Placed 59th at the Big Sky XC Championship with a time of 21:28.52. At the Montana Invitational, Macias was 36th in 20:07. She also finished 39th at the Clash of the Inland NW, clocking a time of 16:20.7 on the 4,000-meter course.

2010-11: Indoor: In the 3,000, Macias placed 49th at the UW Indoor Preview with a time of 11:36.68. She also ran the mile at the Bronco Open, clocking a time of 5:55.90 to place 27th overall. Outdoor: Macias specialized in the 3,000 steeplechase, improving her time each meet until placing third at the UW Ken Shannon Invite with a time of 12:23.93. That time put her tenth all-time at Eastern. She also ran 2:37.04 in the 800 at the Montana Al Manuel Invite and 5:22.89 in the 1,500 at the CWU Spike Arlt Invite. She was named to the spring Big Sky All-Academic team.

2010 Cross Country: Macias improved on her times in every meet. On Sept. 3 in Seattle, Wash., she had a time of 24:44.48 (83rd overall) at the Sundodger Invitational. By the end of the season, at the Big Sky Conference Championships, Macias posted a time of 18:33.93 (60th overall) that helped place the Eagles seventh overall. She was named to the Fall Big Sky Conference All-Academic team.

High School: Macias attended the OSAA 5A Cross Country State Championships during her freshman and sophomore years of high school, placing 56th and 30th, respectively. She ran the 100 (13.22), 400 (65.65) and 300 hurdles (48.73) in high school. She also ran a leg on the 4x400 meter relay, which placed fourth at the state championships in 2010. Macias showed versatility in both the sprints and distances, competing in the 100 (13.22), 400 (65.65), 300 hurdles (48.73), 800 (2:30.80), 1,500 (5:08.69) and 3,000 (11:24.97) during her time at Hermiston as well.
