2009 Cross Country: While running for Everett Community College, Grams ran her best time on a 5,000-meter course at the Willamette Charles Bowles Invitational where she had a time of 21:40.56.

2010 Track: Grams placed 10th in the 800 meters and the 1500 meters at the NWAACC Championships, running times of 2:34.98 and 5:31.39, respectively.
