Junior College: Was a starter and team captain at NIC, which was nationally-ranked and finished 20-11 his sophomore season. He averaged 7.7 points per game and ranked among the Scenic West Athletic Conference leaders by making 47.7 percent of his field goal attempts.

High School: Graduated from Medical Lake High School in 2005. Earned Washington 2A Player of the Year honors and was a two-time All-State selection. He averaged 19 points, 13 rebounds and six assists as a senior when he earned MVP honors in the Great Northern League. He led Medical Lake, located just 15 miles from the EWU campus in Cheney, Wash., to the State 2A title in 2005. As a junior, the Cardinals were third. He also won the triple jump title as a senior at the State 2A Championships at EWU's Woodward Field. Medical Lake's football team also placed 10-1 his junior season.

Personal: Born May 26, 1987, in Arizona. He is undecided on a major. His mother is Melva Stith. He has seven brothers (Tim, 27; Cyrus, 25; Alvin, 22; Kevin, 19; Michael, 14; Jaelon, 11; Alex, 7).
