2012: Listed as a reserve at left defensive end on preseason depth chart. Moved from linebacker to the defensive line in the spring.

2011: Played sparingly but earned his first collegiate letter. Was selected as Eastern’s Defensive Scout Team Player of the Year. Was selected as the team’s defensive scout team player of the week three times.

2010: Was a non-lettering squad member. Was selected as the team’s defensive scout team player of the week twice. Did not take part in spring practices because of a knee injury.

2009: Redshirted. Was selected as the team’s defensive scout team player of the week once.

HS: Graduated from East Valley HS in 2009. Helped the Knights to a 6-4 record and the State 3A Playoffs as a senior. Current Eagle Trevor Moles (’10) and former Eagle Tyler Jolley (’06) also attended East Valley and played for head coach Adam Fisher, who graduated from Eastern after a back injury kept him from punting for the Eagles. Adam Fisher’s father, Ed, was an assistant coach at East Valley and is a member of the Eastern Athletics Hall of Fame after playing at Eastern in the mid-60’s.

Personal: Electrical engineering major. Born 9/5/90 in Spokane, Wash. Will turn 22 three days before Eastern plays at Washington State.
