2007: Listed as a reserve at middle linebacker on preseason depth chart. 2006: Played sparingly as a non-lettering squad member. He finished the season with three tackles, including two in the first game of his career versus Oregon State (8/31/06). 2005: Redshirted. HS: Graduated from Anacortes HS in 2005. He was selected by WashingtonPreps.com as a second team 3A All-State selection as a linebacker. Nominated to play in the East-West All-State game. Was selected to the Skagit Valley County All-Area team as a first team linebacker and a second team running back. Earned first team All-Northwest League honors as a linebacker and second team as a running back. Was team captain, team MVP and team Defensive Player of the Year. In summer 2004 he won an MVP award for linebackers at a Washington State University summer camp. As a junior, he earned first team All-Area and All-Northwest League honors, and was the team's Defensive Player of the Year. As a sophomore he earned honorable mention all-league accolades. He played as a freshman in 2001 at Eastlake High School in San Diego, Calif., where he was the freshman team's Defensive Player of the Year. Personal: Name is pronounced "bwen-uh-floor."
