He was selected by WashingtonPreps.com as an honorable mention 4A All-State selection as both a defensive back and return specialist. Selected to play in the 4A/3A East-West All-State Game. Was selected to the Everett Herald All-Area team as a first team cornerback and second team running back. He earned first team All-Wesco South Division honors as a running back, cornerback and returner. As a senior, he rushed for 1,238 yards (9.8 per carry) with 15 touchdowns. He also caught 14 passes for 168 yards. As a junior, he earned second team All-Wesco South Division honors as a defensive back. Played at the same school as former Eagle standouts Darius Washington (2001-04) and Lamont Brightful (1998-01).
