HS: Graduated from Bellevue HS in 2008. Was a second team All-KingCo 3A League selection as an outside linebacker. He led Bellevue to an 11-2 record before losing to unbeaten O'Dea 27-17 in the semifinals of the WIAA State 3A Playoffs.
