2006: Millican earned Second Team All-Big Sky Conference mention after his successful season, playing mostly No. 4 singles and No. 2 doubles. With Kyle Cruzat, the duo sealed the doubles point in the final doubles contest to finish in Eastern's historic 6-1 win over Idaho. The 8-5 doubles win, in addition to his later 6-2, 6-0 victory at No. 4 singles, helped EWU earn its first victory over the Vandals in 22 meetings. He teamed with Jonathan Davis for an 8-5 win over Sacramento State's No. 2 doubles team. The Hornets would tie with Montana State for the regular-season crown. In singles play at the ITA Regionals, Millican defeated Montana's Doug Shryock, 6-4, 6-1, and Utah State's Brian Marchant, 6-3, 6-0. Millican went 3-0 in doubles (teaming with Kyle Schraeder) and had a 9-7 win at the Red Lion Invitational over Idaho duo Garrett Engeset and Uriah Jones.
2005: Millican played the majority of his matches as EWU's No. 2 player and finished the campaign in the No. 1 position. He showed promise in several season victories, including defeats of Gonzaga's Dru Ernst, 6-4, 7-5, and Whitworth's Justin Glasere, 6-2, 6-3.
