High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner for Tualatin High School. Helped her team to an 18-8 record and sixth-place finish at the Class 6A Oregon State Tournament in 2009. Named to the All-Pacific League honorable mention team as a junior. Helped the Wolves capture three league championships during her tenure, including an undefeated season of 15-0 during the 2006-07 season. Selected as team captain for her junior and senior campaigns. Also lettered two years in softball and was named to the All-Pacific League second team. Earned first-team All-State honors as a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that took sixth in the event at the state championships. Maintained a 3.8 cumulative GPA throughout high school, and was the 2008 recipient of the Multnomah Athletic Club Scholar Athlete of the Year award.

Personal: Daughter of Tony and Pam Cichoke. Undecided on major. Father, Tony, played football for Portland State in 1982-83, and had a brief stint with the Green Bay Packers before a knee injury ended his playing career.
