2006-07: Knight was honored as a member of the Big Sky Conference All-Academic team for winter quarter 2007. She was second on the team in three-point shooting, hitting at a .347 clip (17-of-49). In a dominating win over UC Irvine, she had 14 points. She tied the Washington contest 42-42 with a lay-up with 11:29 remaining to put the finishing touches on a 17-4 run, the last time EWU and Washington were tied in that contest (UW won 67-59). Knight tied for the rebound lead in a loss to Texas-San Antonio with five. In Eastern's league-opening 69-66 victory over Montana State, she contributed 12 points. She hit a big three with 1:26 left to break a 64-64 tie. Knight also had the best shooting percentage of any 2006-07 Eagle player in that contest, making 83.3 percent of her shots (5-of-6). She nailed both three-point attempts against Sacramento State on Jan. 28. 2005-06: In Eastern's first home game of the campaign, Knight scored all five of her points in a 13-2 run, which earned EWU a 53-42 advantage late in the second half. The Eagles would prevail over Saint Mary's in that contest 63-55. In Eastern Washington's 57-54 win over Pac-10 member Washington State, Knight contributed seven points and three steals. At Montana State, she tallied eight points, five rebounds and two assists to EWU's 63-56 win over Montana State. Knight's perfect shooting performance (4-for-4) and 10-point scoring output, her highest of the season, helped Eastern topple Northern Arizona in a home contest, 67-57. 2004-05: Knight scored a season-high 14 points against Santa Clara on Jan. 2 and had three games in which she scored 12 points or more. She contributed 12 points versus Lewis-Clark State on Dec. 20 and also against Gonzaga on Nov. 30. Personal: Knight started four years in high school and averaged 16 points, nine rebounds, four assists, two steals and two blocks as a senior. The first team All-KingCo League selection was also a two-time KingCo Defensive Player of the Year honoree. Knight was a four-year member of the honor roll. She is the daughter of Myron and Janice Knight. She has one brother, Malik, 12. Knight is majoring in health and fitness education.
