2010: Earned Big Sky All-Academic honors for the third-consecutive season. After missing the first seven games of the year due to a bout with mono, Fausko worked her way back into the lineup, averaging 47.9 minutes per game in the final 10 contests of 2010. She was rewarded for a strong run to the box, as she scored her second-career goal against eventual-league champion Northern Arizona on Oct. 24. Was a member of the starting lineup in five of 10 games in which she played in 2010.
2009: Played in all 18 games for EWU, earning 11 starts in the midfield. Scored Eastern’s first goal of the season when she converted on a penalty kick against McNeese State (Aug. 29). Recorded her first-career assist in the game versus UC-Davis (Sept. 13). Finished the year with 20 total shots, including three against conference-foe Northern Colorado, two of which were on frame. Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team for the second-straight year.
2008: Following an impressive season on and off the field, Fausko earned Big Sky Conference All-Academic accolades. Late in the campaign, she was especially disruptive to opposing defenses, as she had 13 of her 15 total shots in the final three games of the season, including four of her six shots on goal that year.
High School: Fausko was a three-year varsity letterwinner at Auburn Mountainview High School in Auburn, Wash., and was named All-South Puget Sound League 3A in 2006 and in 2007. She is the all-time leading scorer for her high school team and was named Offensive Player of the Year in 2006 and 2007. As a senior, she was named the school’s Athlete of the Year and Heisman Award winner. In 2006, Fausko helped her team to the Sweet 16 of the state tournament. In addition, Fausko won a U18 state championship with MRFC Santos and helped that team to a No. 7 national ranking.
