2007-08: Indoors, Millard had a career-best shot put of 39-11 1/2 at the Cougar Indoor Invitational. Outdoors, Millard was the Big Sky Conference discus champion for the second-straight season with a throw of 152-9. She went on to compete at the NCAA West Regionals where she finished ninth with a career-best discus throw of 157-11 to rank second on Eastern's all-time best list behind Carolee Gutierrez (160-9 in 2007). Millard finished 14th in the shot put with a throw of 36-6 1/4 at the conference championships. Her career-best throw of 40-4 came at the Beach Invitational. She was named Big Sky All-Academic both indoors and outdoors.

2006-07: Indoors, Millard had season bests in the shot put (38-7) at the McDonald's Open and discus (124-10) at the Vandal Invitational. Outdoors, Millard had a season-best discus throw of 155-0 to win the Big Sky title. She went on to compete at the NCAA West Regional Championships in that event and finished 15th overall (154-10). Her season-best shot put (39-1 3/4) came at the Duane Hartman Invitational. She was named Big Sky All-Academic in both indoor and outdoor track and field.

2005-06: Indoors, she had a career-best weight throw of 33-11 1/4 at the Jerry Martin Invitational. Outdoors, Millard had a hammer throw of 107-4 at the Sasquatch Mini Meet. She was Big Sky All-Academic indoors and outdoors.
