50/50 Game Day Raffles
During select EWU home events, fans will have the opportunity to participate in our 50/50 raffles. Tickets must be paid for by debit/credit card ONLY, there will be NO cash sales for raffles. Single (1) tickets will be available for five (5) dollars each or you can purchase six (6) tickets for twenty (20) dollars. No free tickets will be given out and purchased can only take place on game day (no presales). Participants must be 18 years (with ID) or older. A cash prize will be available to the winner at the time of the drawing.
Sales for the 50/50 raffle for football game days will begin two (2) hours prior to kickoff in tailgate areas before moving inside the stadium approximately 30 minutes prior to kickoff and then will extend through the end of halftime at which time raffle purchases will end. The winner will be selected and announced at the end of the third quarter. For games in other venues, sales will begin approximately one (1) hour prior to game time and extend through halftime for quarter of half timed sports. For other sports, sales will conclude at the end of the second set with the winner being announced after the third set.
Winners of the 50/50 raffle MUST be present to win and will have to claim their prize immediately after the announcement of the drawing. Failure to immediately claim their prize within timeframe that is announced by the public address announcer and/or shown on the videoboard will result in forfeiture of the prize. A new winner will be reannounced until there is a winner of the 50/50 raffle prize. Winners and will need to complete a W9 form and prize winner form before being awarded their prize.

ADA Accessibility
ADA seating is available but limited at Roos Field. Due to limited availability, ADA seating is strictly for those individuals with a disability, as defined by the Americans with Disability Act, and for one companion. If you have questions, please contact our ticket office.
ADA Parking can be found in lots P12 (31 spaces) and P9 (24 spaces).
An ADA accessible shuttle service is provided for those with physical limitations who are unable to find parking near the stadium. Please call 509-359-4363. The shuttle bus will come to your location, pick you up and take you to the P12 Stadium Entry. Upon conclusion of the game, you can call the same number for a pick up and return to your vehicle. As there is only one shuttle vehicle, please be patient while they reach your location.
Alcohol Enforcement
State laws regarding the use and possession of alcohol will be enforced on campus and on nearby city streets, sidewalks and parks. Cheney Police and EWU Police will both issue citations or make arrests for violations of the laws prohibiting open containers of alcohol in public areas, including university parking lots. Persons engaging in underage drinking, public indecency, disorderly conduct and other violations are also subject to arrest. This policy will be in effect starting the first game. In the interest of safety and sportsmanship, we will not overlook behavior on game days that would not be tolerated at any other times.
Animals
Service animals, and service animals in training, for guests with disabilities are allowed in the facility. All other animals are prohibited.
ATM
There are no ATMs located in Roos Field. The nearest ATM is located in the Pence Union Building (PUB).

Bags, Containers, and Coolers
To provide a safer environment for the public at Roos Field, EWU has implemented a new policy limiting the size and type of bag allowed into the stadium for all events. We have outlined what is permissible.
Fans will be able to carry only the following style and size bag into the stadium:
- Bags that are clear and do not exceed 12" long by 12'" high by 6" wide
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag
- Small clutch purses, with or without a handle or strap, not exceeding 4.5" by 6.5"
Exceptions will be made for medically necessary bags/diaper bags after inspections at any entrance Seat cushions without pockets or compartments will be permitted. Prohibited items will not be held during the event and must be returned to your vehicle.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: pursues or bags larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags, or camera bags.
Fans may continue to carry items without a bag (e.g. binoculars, cameras, and smartphones) into the stadium.
Band
The EWU Pep Band is one of the most exciting and vital organizations on campus. The band is the focal point of pride and enthusiasm for the support of the Eags. This highly visible group performs at all home contests, select road contests and other campus events. The Eband has performed around the Pacific Northwest, at halftime shows for the Seattle Seahawks and for teams in the Canadian Football League. The EWU Pep Band also performs at home contests for the EWU men's basketball, women's basketball, and volleyball programs.
Banners and Signs
Hand-held banners are permitted if they are in good taste and contain no profanity or derogatory statements, and they must not block the view of other patrons. EWU staff members have the right to remove any sign that does not adhere to these guidelines.
Barbecues
In accordance with state fire codes, the university will be enforcing existing regulations regarding open fires in parking areas. Those regulations are as follows:
- Propane grills may only be used in surface parking lots
- Charcoal grills are not permitted
- Open flames are not permitted
Beverage Containers
No type of outside beverage container is allowed inside Roos Field. This includes personal canteens, thermos bottles, squeeze bottles, and unopened or sealed soda and water bottles.
Beer Garden
Open to all fans 21 and over. Opens 90 minutes prior to kick-off until the game begins. Also re-opens at halftime.

Cameras
Personal use cameras are allowed at athletic facilities contests provided they do not obstruct sight lines for other fans. Personal use cameras do not receive any additional media access and are restricted exclusively to public fan areas. Long, detachable lenses and flash photography are restricted as they may interfere with the experience of other fans.
Camcorders
Professional videotaping equipment is not allowed in Roos Field without written permission from the EWU Department of Athletics.
Code of Conduct
It is the goal of the EWU Public Safety Department and EWU Athletics Event Management to provide a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment for all participants and fans. Safety and security policies have been established to benefit everyone entering Roos Field. Please help us maintain a fun and safe environment for participants, students, families, and all patrons by complying with all stadium policies. EWU, along with the NCAA and the Big Sky Conference, has assigned a high priority to ensure athletic events are conducted in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere that promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches, and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, and other abusive comments or actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, team representatives, or other stadium patrons will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from Roos Field.

Concession stands are located at the following locations:
- "The End Zone" stand is located in the south corner of Roos Field next to the main entrance
- "The Blitz" stand is located behind the press box on the upper northwest concourse
